Didn't Vizio say this too with its internal ATSC2 tuners? Are other companies doing this too?

Didn't Vizio say this too with its internal ATSC2 tuners? Are other companies doing this too?
The increased price for a built in ATSC 3.0 tuner seems small compared
to the total price of TVs, maybe they are just using the patent issue as
a reason to get rid of ATSC 3.0 tuners.
